Relatively small "Yevgeny Primakov" can accommodate 70 people (except for crew), and in case of emergency Ц up to 150 people.

The multipurpose icebreaking supply vessel "Yevgeny Primakov" will be operated under the flag of the Russian Federation, the port of registry being St. Petersburg. Crew Ц 26 persons.
