RS Publications Section Update

The updates were developed with due regard for the relevant international regulations and standards, as well as for the RS customers’ preferences. The advanced features of the updated section include modern data acquisition solutions enabling multi-level search involving the entire RS Publications.

The new section is linked to other RS services, the data is well structured and optimized for viewing from various devices and browsers.

As Head of RS IT Support Department Vyacheslav Trushin explained, the updated section facilitates track of the RS Rules’ updates and the multifunctional search engine enables quick access to a document by both number and key words.

Currently, the RS Publications Section incorporates RS Rules and Guidelines, Recommendations, reference material, methodology and RS Research Bulletin since 2019, earlier editions to be added gradually.

The section enables selecting documents to download them as one se t within a certain area of activity and period, in English or Russian. Development of e-mail notification system for the RS Publications’ updates is in progress. The service will be available via Members Area at rs-class.org.

RS pivoted to digital publications of Rules and Guidelines from 2019.
