By the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation Sergey Kulikov is appointed as Director General of FAI Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS).
Previously, Sergey Kulikov was RS Deputy Director General in charge of fleet in operation, from December 22, 2022 – acting Director General of RS.
