The Comparative Analysis of Monitoring Systems by Informative Characteristics

At present different radio electronic systems with different informative characteristics are used for mobile objects (ships) monitoring. In this article the summarized informative factor is suggested which allows to compare different monitoring systems and to choose the most efficient system to solve particular tasks.
