The Register Activities as an Inspection Body Rendering “Third Party” Services within the Projects of Hydrocarbon Fields Development on the Sea Shelf

The present article considers the Register activities as an inspection body when rendering services within the projects of oil and gas facilities development at different stages of implementation. The experience gained while rendering services during the shelf projects implementation is generalized.
