Problems of Use of the Northern Sea Route

The article considers the history of development and the main principles of exploration of the Northern Sea Route; just as in the past, so at present and in future the importance of the Northern Sea Route for the development of trade, industry and power complex is shown in the article. Support status for the NSR is analysed by the authors, the main tasks of its competitive development are determined, ways of solving the formulated intellectual tasks, financial support, expected results in the economic and social spheres are presented, as well as the problems and possibilities of their solution are studied.
