Neurotechnilogy: the Present and the Future

The article contains a brief summary of the main principles of management systems integration using neurotechnology. A conclusion is made concerning the present and the future of these systems. Examples are given of their current application in ship automation systems, and a forecast is made concerning their use in subsequent years. An assessment is made of their possible influence on ship safety. The aim of publishing the article is to familiarize experts in the field of shipping process automation with this new approach in management science.
