Loading Devices' Modernization Using Static Power Governors

The article considers the aspects of using static power governors for modernization of loading devices as principal testing equipment during the ship's electric power plant mooring tests. On the basis of the study of different types of power governing, the permissible limits have been formulated and the optimum type of power governing has been chosen. The ways of lowering expenses for the manufacture and operation of loading devices with the simultaneous extension of their application have been suggested
