Automated Analysis of Structural and Hydraulic Parameters for Water Fire Main System

The article describes theoretical approaches to ship’s service systems design including water fi re main system, developed by the author at the Ship Design Chair of the St. Petersburg State Maritime Technical University. Microsoft Excel as well as the built-in search-and-optimization system “Decision Making” have been adopted as the automated analysis instruments.
