Comparison of the Normative Document Requirements for Installation of the Ship's Piping Supports and Hangers

Since the RS normative documents do not contain the requirements for fatigue stresses arising in the ship's piping and for the spacing between supports and hangers, the relevant requirements of different standards are analyzed. Impact of the piping parameters on the pipe vibration is analyzed, and recommendations are issued to eliminate vibration during installation having destructive effect on the piping strength.
