Information Support of Navigator when Taking Decision on Safe Marine Transport Control

The issues of information support of the marine transport processes (MTP) are considered. The common deficiency of the modern MTP control systems is significant share of human participation in the decision-making process and great management dependence on psycho-physical condition of a navigator. Code methods based on the code crossing cells are proposed for information representation and reduction of human factor in navigation.
