Passenger Cruise Ships of River-Sea Navigation Operated in the Russian Inland Waterways

The parameter range of the modern cruise ships of river-sea navigation operated in the Russian inland waterways and attractive for the national classification society is substantiated. The main particulars and design solutions of the existing and designed cruise ships are given. It is concluded that the re-quirements of the Register to these ships shall proceed from the optimal balance of the capabilities defined by the main particulars and the necessity to provide the safety and environmental protection in the prescribed area of navigation.
