Paddle wheel for amphibious transport and passenger boats design

A possibility of using amphibious transport and passenger boats for rescue operations in emergencies, especially during floods is considered. The inventive (patented) paddle wheel is suggested for propulsion. The benefits of the paddle wheel operation both on land and in water are demonstrated.
