Concept of onboard software on dynamic stability estimate of damaged marine vehicle

Abstract

The article describes concept of onboard software on infotainment of crew of marine vehicle in emergency situation associated with progressive flooding due to structural failure in extreme weather conditions. The proposed concept is based on mathematic models of the vehicle behavior due to waves and wind acting together. Basing of the concept on the mathematic models verified by the experiment allows to develop the onboard software capable of identifying in real-time mode the operating dynamic stability reserve of the marine vehicle.
