Direct Method to Calculate Non-Linear Hull Bending Moments under Slamming
The article considers the methods and algorithms for simulation modeling of wave loads upon the ship's hull, taking into account the non-linear dynamic load under slamming. The linear and non-linear tasks are solved separately: proceeding from the results of solving the linear task of oscillating motions, the kinematic parameters of the hull motions are determined being the basis for the non-linear load value determination.
