Basic Issues of Hydrometeorological Support for Design and Operation of Offshore Facilities

Weather hazards affecting shelf development of the Pechora Sea and south-eastern part of the Kara Sea are analyzed. Based on the current state assessment of hydrometeorological support, insufficient development of the relevant standards and regulations is detected.
