The determination of nonlinear second-order forces due to frequency difference and occuring during the transverse motions of the contours in calm water

Abstract
The article deals with two-dimensional nonlinear problem of the potential motions of the contour in the fluid of infinite depth. Nonlinear forces due to the difference of the frequency, are determined up to the second order, taking into account the corresponding nonlinear boundary conditions on the contour and the free surface of the liquid. The developed method and program are tested. The study of the influence of geometric parameters of the contour on the values of nonlinear forces is considered.
