The 13th session of the Sub-Committee on Pollution Prevention and Response (PPR 13) commences today at the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Headquarters in London.
Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS), represented by Senior Principal Surveyor of the International Affairs Department, Sergey Legusha, took part in the 47th session of the Joint Meeting of Experts on the Regulations annexed to the European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN) – the ADN Safety Committee.

The 34th session of the Assembly has concluded with the adoption of 22 resolutions on the strategic planning and management of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). Resolutions include recommendations on the implementation of IMO conventions and codes, as well as on ensuring the effective functioning of the IMO Member State Audit Scheme (IMSAS).
